New Building system in World from scandinavia
1- In Scandinavi it is a general acceptance from the authorities if you build basement + 2 floors, but if you have a firetechn. buildings engineer approving your construction you can build basement + 5 floors.
The tallest buildingsthat wehave set up withBuilding System is basement + 2 floors. In addition that is an acceptance in Germany to build basement + 4 floors
2-Our Scandinavi Building Technical Approval from the Sweden Building Research Institute states that the Iglo Building System itself does not compromise the strenght of the concrete construction inside Iglo Building System.
That means that if you use 140 mm concrete core with proper rebars the wall is just as strong as a regular 140 mm concrete wall (without the insulation advantages of Iglo Building System!). The same applies for 190 mm and 240 mm Building System walls

3-When using 190 mm connections and 12 kg rebars per square meter you can, in theory, build up to 5 floor buildings. When using 240 mm connections you can build over 10 floors. In other words; it is the same as building
with concrete and traditional
4-Customs clearance will be taken care of by us, if there are no obvious obstacles in importing into Iran (eg. approvals, special applications for import etc)

6-It is thouroughly tested in Scandinavi that Building System does not submit any particles or dust that can be of any danger to health and/or safety. The fact is that Building System is a plastic product that does not emit or submit particles or dust at all!
